I ran the cleanup tool and it came back with a successful message. I'd normally suggest manually updating the permissions to make sure that the Administrators group and the local system account have full control over that directory, but if you don't feel comfortable I've also uploaded it to a secondary location in case this will help for you. Uninstall both according to the developer's instructions. Best move was to format and start all over from scratch, so I did the format and fresh OS install, SP3, all the important updates except now not one version of

Next, click on the Reset browser settings button. They are both working fine for me, so I'm not sure why you would be seeing this type of error. the next day morning, when i came back to my comp., the process was still running - and using 100% CPU (in task manager).
