It could also be the culprit, have you been using it awhile? Has not shut down once on me in over one month. A CCM membership gives you access to additional options.

- Disable all add-ons using Internet Explorer for the desktop to test which add-on is causing the problem.
Very current problem which does download trojan(s)and is drive by installed by bad site. These kind of things usually don't ''just happen''. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services.
