There are no 3rd party add-ins or COM add-ins enabled so that doesn't seem to be an issue. I have installed all windows updates. When one of them is off Outlook is fine. Does the problem still persist in Safe Mode? find more info
Outlook working now. It does not appear happen on one particular message or message type, it just randomly hangs up. We exported the all data to a PST and loaded it onto a Windows XP/Office 2003 machine and he same crash is occurring. Outlook will display the "microsoft office outlook has stopped working" error, close and re-open. It is driving me crazy. I am running Outlook 2003 on Vista Home Premium. Initially had MAPI32 error which I found info on and that error message stopped.
