- I've tried renaming normal.dot and deleting the data folder in the registry - both recommended by MicroSoft.
- What's in the Word Startup folder?
MS Word puts a number on each page. So if all else fails my suggestion is to work backwards and try uninstalling programs you've recently installed. If it works OK there, it's some setting or file in your account. I have a current student card if that helps keep the cost down.
