Interestingly, I can fix many with a replace all ^p[space] with ^p… except that does not work after/in tables and it sometimes misses even after a paragraph (not talking line return) Screenshots: Any idea what is wrong?
The exactly line spacing automatically puts space at the top of the paragraph. I have two copies and wonder why there are not exactly aligned (on my 2 screens). Try enable the Optimize character positioning for layout rather than readability setting.
The printouts are just as bad - producing unreadable documents. I have not been able to figure out how to correct thisissue. Jessica April 22, 2011, 2:26 pm AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This appears to occur in a couple of different cases: 1) when there is a hiccup/crash and MS Word recovers the document.
Rebecca30 May 2013, 15:56 using ms-office word 2007 to edit a DOCX document... - Except when this happens: When I first saw this in my draft, I just thought I'd made a typo -- inserted a space in the middle of the word "and." But
- I have finally managed to install Word 2013 on a VM, to have a go myself.
- I love nice, neat, fully-justified text in documents (really, who doesn't?).
- This happens a lot in that scenario.
- The "spacing above" setting NEVER takes effect, and I've looked at those compatibility options.
- Simon05 Feb 2013, 06:38 Yet another excellent post - this guy makes my life so much easier!
- Simply disabling font substitution in the print driver resolves the issue.
- Changing the compatibility options helped, but still left some awkward spacing on my paper.
