I also formated my HD and once i donwloaded msn and logged in again the problem reappeared. yeah i have that virus and i did restart my computer already, my norton does not work so i downloaded a trial version of norton and that doesnt work either. A team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another HJT Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.To avoid confusion, I am Sorry but I think it's the only way........ This is really dissapointing.
