Just grab some Intel PCI-E x1 NICs like the CT nics and you're good to go. http://newsmdcommunications.com/need-a/need-a-decent-router-not-linksys-befsr41.html
Not sure if they have decided to just shut that off with the FCC thing. I am a complete noob to this so please, explain the answer in a dumbed-downed version if it's possible. snowman4evr, Jan 1, 2017 #11 snowman4evr Thread Starter Joined: Dec 31, 2016 Messages: 10 ok, problem turned out to be bad comtrend router/modem. I found a manual, link below, and also the ping test results.
Those 2 were on my shortlist based on out of box performance and custom ROM potential. What I am looking for is a couple recommendations for parts that I still need. this is the digital projection of your mental self. . . . How do I "hide" my own router on my universities network? So the 2600 vs 3200 goes like this.2600 = 1x2.4GHz band @ 800Mbps + 1x5GHz band @ 1733Mbps3200 = 1.2.4GHz band @ 600Mbps + 1x5GHz band @ 1300Mbps + 1x5GHz band as for your router, you need to give us which version of the router you have as netgear makes multiple versions of the same router.

The only reason i'm really avoiding the Google router is because there are a lot of people that don't care to give ALL of their web data to Google.
This means they have proven with consistent participation and solid troubleshooting their knowledge in the IT field. ipconfig /all > network.txt & network.txt It will export the results into notepad and then automatically open the notepad and display on your screen. Wireless/network blogs, news, best practices, management. Also check out SmartNetBuilder's Wireless Basics page for 'WiFi 101' type articles.
Hope someone will help! It's for my house. some common LAN topology design generations were router and hub, router and switch (with or without VLANs), and now L3 switches (with or without L2 switches). The 2.4Ghz channels don't get over 3 stars....on any of the channels.
Looks like your 2.4 GHz environment is flat-out saturated. No PSAs unless relevant to an issue (it must be a comment). I have been adjusting the channels on the router based on the Analyzer, but no matter what channel I select, the connection just drops after about a minute - no matter I followed this guide to the word: http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=79802 But I have a specific question, what does it mean "Local Area Connection" does it mean the router network I'm using at the Latest protocol (AC) for best bandwidth and should be able to cover the whole house well.
this is the digital projection of your mental self. . . . Yes, this is simple but a reboot fixes many things!
