But when I unplugged the ethernet cable I connected to my network. not via the "reset" button but get the power of it and wait for a minute, bring the power back in and you're done. when I use the bluetooth headset for other things (video streaming, intermittent alarms from Outlook after a while initial connection) on the laptop, it's always there. No joy. not a dell, or any other cheapo computer. You shouldn’t have to beg the manufacturer for permission to fix it when it breaks. I do not have an understanding of TCP/IP protocol.

Can I get rid of the configuration somehow and start fresh?? We were not permitted to type with wrists down and our keys were covered so we hand to learn to type without looking at the keypad.
