The bar is roughly the width of a small icon. So, next time, check the snark and if you see a problem with an article here or at any other site, try starting with a constructive comment. Grabbing what's already in the background and pulling it to the right is far easier than trying to pick that program out of a bunch of tiny little windows. I'm not certain why this change is needed.
