I have tried all recommended fixes and none of the above have solved the problem. If none of this works, you could be dealing with something like a virus or malware. I could have tried an update but I have been doing alot of that lately and need to isolate the problem first. I stopped explorer.exe and stopped the rundll32, then restarted explorer.exe.
